Halliburton provides construction services to the oil industry

US oil services and engineering firm Halliburton is being investigated for its accounting practices when US Vice President Dick Cheney was at the helm.

MIAMI (AP) - A watchdog group on Wednesday sued Vice President Dick Cheney and Halliburton Co., the oil company he ran for five years, based on allegations of accounting fraud.
