According to study, the drink contains the same omega-3 content as a portion of salmon and a single supplement dose of vitamin D. The study also revealed that participants were more likely to remember drinking the smoothie than taking fertility medications or following a healthy diet. The results suggest that the drink may help couples wanting to start a family.
