We’ve mostly heard about a select few nuts that have excellent health benefits. This list is a short one. Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts were the most publicized as having heart health benefits and other dietary advantages.
By this point, it’s difficult to deny the fact that the New York Times is anything but a Trump-hating, left-wing publication that exists solely to tear down the conservative agenda.
It's gotten to the point where you can't turn on the television or listen to the radio without hearing some sort of "news" or show or advertisement pushing a radical anti-Christian agenda.
