Much of the mainstream news media is still depicting President Obama as the good guy in this so-called government shutdown (even though more than 80 percent of the government is still operating), but the fact is, the guy is proving once again that, in the words of long-time New York Times Chief Washington Correspondent David Sanger, he is a "control freak."
It's getting to be a regular, sad story - governments drunk on power, corrupt by the business interests which keep the "elected" in power, hammering Mom and Pop Americana who are simply trying to make a living.
This is a short but urgent warning: A false flag event, an act of war, a bombing or some other headlines-grabbing orchestrated event is very likely to occur in the next seven days precisely because the Obama administration is under intense fire right now and needs a quick distraction. In stage magic, it's called the "art of misdirection." In politics, it's called the "Clinton method."
The mainstream media has a lousy reputation for upholding the Bill of Rights, especially when it comes to the Second Amendment's right to keep and bear arms, the Fourth Amendment's right to privacy and the Tenth Amendment's limitation on federal power.
