Pharmaceutical companies have an interest in defining and protecting their pharmaceutical brands, but without patient compliance they will not have a commercially successful product. In other words, the more pills they sell the better. So, big pharma has designed a way to monitor your (toxic) drug consumption.

Roche drug approved in Japan for treatment of brain cancer


Japan's health ministry has approved drug Avastin for the treatment of aggressive brain cancer in Japan, Swiss pharmaceuticals company Roche said on Monday. Avastin is the first new medicine approved worldwide for newly diagnosed glioblastoma, the most common and aggressive form of primary brain cancer, in the last eight years, Roche said.

In an unprecedented challenge to American sovereignty, the United Nations has ordered the American states of Colorado and Washington to repeal laws passed by popular referendum legalizing the use of marijuana, claiming that these violate American treaty obligations.
