Dear Sir: When Len Horowitz testified before the United States in January
2002, unbeknownst to the American people, Dr. Horowitz supported the
government's conclusion the U.S. Special Virus program had nothing to do with
the origin of AIDS. The United States accepted Dr. Horowitz's conclusion and
dismissed the federal GAO investigation into the secret federal virus
In essence, when push came to shove, Dr. Horowitz did not support the thesis
conclusion of his world best-seller. WHY?
