Many HIV+ Adults Unaware of Partner's Status

By Alan Mozes

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - While AIDS-related deaths have begun to decline overall in the US, the number of Americans who are infected through heterosexual sex is on the rise.

Now, researchers report that one in five newly-infected heterosexual patients say they did not know that their partner was HIV-positive when they were exposed to the virus, or that their partner had engaged in any high-risk behaviors such as homosexual sex or intravenous drug use.

Washington, D.C.) Boyd E. Graves, J.D. today notified the Clerk of the United States Supreme that he will file the people's brief on April 11, 2001 on behalf of the 30 million innocent victims of the U.S. Special Virus program (1962-1978). The filing follows the Sixth Circuit's Election Day order ruling Graves' case and the origin of AIDS as "frivolous" November 7, 2000.

This is the one case the high court can not turn aside," declared Graves. "We will buttress our brief with the petitions in support of our efforts from common America."

Supreme Court Brief

OVERVIEW OF THE PETITION

Boyd E. Graves petitions the high Court to seek resolution of a burning social issue not previously addressed by the Court. Since the onset of AIDS in 1979, less and less scrutiny has been focused on the genesis of the pandemic, in which to (allegedly) concentrate on education, treatment and prevention. After receiving an HIV positive diagnosis in 1992, petitioner began a relentless pursuit to find the truth.
