Dear Senator Frist:
To date your African Subcommittee (Heather Flynn) has yet to return a call regarding our call for review and investigation of the U.S. Special Virus program (1948 - 1978).See, archives, National Cancer Institute.
How can you possibly care about the people of color and continue to purposefully fail to review a secret, federal virus development program that spent $550 million dollars of taxpayer money to make the HIV enzyme. See, page 5, Progress Report #15 (1978) U.S. Special Virus program.
According to the progress reports of the program, the HIV enzyme was originally called the ESP-1 virus. The ESP-1 virus (HIV) was developped in accordance to the fifteen progress reports of the secret program. The program's 1971 blueprint flowchart conclusively proves the United States developed, produced and proliferated a "special" virus that impact the immune system of humanity. The experiments and contracts of the laboraotry birth of HIV are archived in the fifteen progress reports of the program.
A review of the program's flowchart reveals that HIV antidote experiments were conducted in the PHASE IV-A section of the program.
We note for the record that some of the United States' most prominent scientists are implicated in the progress reports of this secret, federal virus program, i.e., Dr. Robert Gallo, Dr. Peter Duesberg, Dr. Garth Nicolson, Dr. Alan Rabson (Deputy Director for the National Cancer Institute, Dr. David Baltimore, etc.
We also note for the record your African Subcommittee has yet to address the AIDS cure patented by the United States (Patent #5676977).
We approached Senator Lott on this issue for years to no avail. Now we know why.
Is this a new Senate or just 'musical chairs'. A review and investigation to the federal program your colleagues are saying lies at the heart of the HIV/AIDS pandemic is the only sincere way to prove our Senate adheres to the U.S. Constitution.
The U.S. Constitution does not give my government a right to perpetrate "for all", while at the same time they have secretly cooked up something behind the AIDS curtain.
President Frist, pull back the AIDS curtain on the U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus program (1948 - 1978)in the name of access, fairness and truth.
